Return and Withdrawal Policy

Deadline for returns of online orders: 14 days after you receive your purchase.

Cost of a return: At the customer's expense. 
You can send it yourself hiring a courier service, we recommend the cheapest way. In the case of having received a wrong or defective item, send us the proof of payment so that we can refund the amount.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM AN ONLINE ORDER?

 1. Return from your home:
You must communicate your decision to return an item by an unequivocal statement, through one of these means:

After verifying all the data, we will confirm the acceptance of the return and we will send you the label that you must stick on the package (which must be properly packaged for transport), which will be picked up by a messenger. If you prefer, you can send us the package on your own through another courier service, we recommend the most economical way. If you have received a wrong or defective item, please send us the proof of payment so that we can refund the amount. 
When we pay you the amount paid, we will deduct the cost that the courier company charges us for the transport of the item to be returned.

Once we receive the item in our warehouse, we will check the data and that the product is in the same condition in which it was originally sent, and with all its labels.

Outer-vision will then proceed to pay, by the same procedure by which it was paid, the following: 

-The price of the returned item.

-The cost of shipping in the event that this was borne by the customer when he made the purchase.

-Discounting the cost of collecting the item to be returned, if you requested that we manage the collection.

-In the case of returning a product in a promotion linked to quantities (3x2, second unit at half price, etc.), the promotion will be canceled and the discounted products will be billed at full price.

We will make the refund within 4-5 working days, although the Law 3/14 establishes a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time you communicate us your intention to make the return.

If it is the customer who makes the return of a product by their own means, the deadline for reimbursement will not begin to count until the product arrives at our facilities.

2. Exchanges : 
If you want to make an exchange from your home, you can request the return of the item by following the steps described above, and make a new purchase online.
But if you prefer, contact us so that we can manage the exchange directly (mailbox@outer-vision.com). You will have to send us the product you want to return (as in any return), and when we receive it, we will send you the new product.


Withdrawal rights

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days, without the need for justification.

The return period will expire 14 days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of return, you must notify us (see our address) of your decision to break the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email). You can use the return form model below, although its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the return period, it is enough that the communication regarding the right of return, send it to us before the expiration of the period of 14 days.



Consequences of withdrawal in product purchases

GUARANTEES: WHAT CAN I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE OR THERE IS A LACK OF CONFORMITY?
For any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the good, Outer-Vision, sl will respond to the consumer of the faults that are manifested during a period of three years from delivery, which shall be deemed made on the day that appears on the invoice or receipt of purchase, or on the delivery note if this is later;
In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods already existed when the goods were delivered.
The consumer will only have to make a declaration to ask Outer-Vision to remedy the lack of conformity, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract.
For the good to be brought into conformity, the consumer may opt for repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or involves disproportionate costs for Outer-Vision, sl . These measures must meet the following requirements:
- They will be free of charge for the consumer, including the costs that are necessary for the goods to be brought into conformity, especially the costs of shipping, transport, labor or materials;
- They will be carried out within a reasonable period of time from the moment Outer-Vision, sl has been informed of the lack of conformity and without major inconvenience to the consumer.
The consumer shall place the good at the disposal of Outer-Vision, sl , who will recover it at his expense in the way that generates the least inconvenience to the consumer depending on the type of good.
It shall not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the goods replaced during the period prior to their replacement.
Outer-Vision, sl , for its part, will recover the good at its own expense, will remove the non-conforming goods assuming the costs arising therefrom.
It will provide the consumer with documentary evidence of the delivery of the good by the consumer stating the date of delivery and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary evidence of the delivery of the good already in conformity to the consumer, which must also state the date of delivery and description of the corrective measure carried out.
The consumer may also demand a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value that the good would have had at the time of delivery if it had been in conformity, and the value that the delivered good has at the time of delivery. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance. The consumer may opt for the same provided that the following requirements are met:
- When the measure to bring the goods into conformity is impossible or disproportionate;
- Outer-Vision, sl has not carried out the repair or replacement or has not carried them out correctly;
- Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced good;
- The lack of conformity is of such gravity as to justify one of the two options;
- Outer-Vision, sl has stated or it appears from the circumstances that it will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the consumer.
Outer-Vision, sl will reimburse the consumer as a result of the choice of these measures the price paid for the goods upon receipt of the goods or, where appropriate, proof provided by the consumer that he has returned them.
The consumer or user shall return to Outer-Vision, sl , at the expense of the latter, the goods.
- The consumer may suspend the outstanding payment of the price until Outer-Vision, sl complies with its obligations;
- It may also request the remedy of the lack of conformity, price reduction or termination of the contract, if, as a result of the infringement of rights of third parties is prevented or limited the use of the good;
- The consumer shall not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement;
